The grind is pretty terrible once you're in the top 30. I did 12 in a row yesterday and only advanced one spot. The good news is if you play against people in the top ten, they're usually pretty bad at football and just spam the same 5 plays. You get more points for the win. Pretty easy to stop spam once you see what they are doing.

I just higlighted the card from main strategy screen and the hit square. Then remove card and it unlocks online play. My team adjust lineup.. then scroll to strategy highlight morph card and hit square (item options) ps4 not sure x box square equvalent .. then remove card instead of substituting it. This unlocked my online play options.
